I love this park, yes there are LOTS of muggles but that just means you have to be stealthy and/or have somebody cause a distraction.

The players I really loved to follow, Eckstein & Kennedy, have gone to the St Louis Cardinals so my Angel red is now Cardinal red.

Garrett Anderson would have no trouble with this cache but Chone Figgins would need help. Hide it better than you find it so it lasts longer in this mugglie environment.

Push down hard and twist to open/close.

Thanks for the Anaheim Angel cache and for not mentioning the LA word.

Our 7th find today. I did the finding while hubby did the retrieving. It was hard to get to. My son took a ball and I left a squishy dino. TFTC.

OK, so it's legally not a find. Found this CACHE twice. First time there were little junior high muggles having baseball practice so I did not dare. Second pass, oh just to be a bit taller. Or have all my TOTT with me. All I had was my gps, keys, a pencil and some paper nearby. Ok, roll up the paper. Nope, 3 inches too short. Add a pencil to the end of the paper but HOW TO KEEP THE PENCIL ON THE PAPER? Oh, the safety strap of my gps. Wrap around the pencil at the end of the rolled up paper....YES THAT REACHES ONE END OF IT..but not the right end. Thought about borrowing a golf club from the guys over the fence. Stood on my head and tried using my shoes. Too short. Jumped up--too short. Used a fallen branch. Called security, then 911 and hook and ladder. SOMEWHERE IN THIS POST I STOPPED TELLING THE TRUTH, YOU DECIDE WHERE THAT WAS. Can't I claim a find? NO OF COURSE NOT, I NEVER SIGNED THE LOG!

Was in the area for work, so thought I'd try for a home run.

Traded a bracelet for the Pechanga pin and fielded a homer for the softball players nearby.

Thanks!

Happy Hunting!

#1297 @ 9:18am - A BUNCH of dog walkers nearby that I had to avoid and then 2 guys pulled up in their pickup close to the cache. Argh. Chone Figgins is about 3 inches TALLER than me so I had lots of trouble retrieving this cache. Had to use a stick I found but then I could NOT put it back where I found it. It is now placed much lower and visible. Sorry about that but I didn't have anything to stand on to put it back and there were too many muggles to attempt climbing the tree. TFTC TNLNSL

Piney spotted this one, first of the night. Close to parking. Sorry to the next guy, but you might need a couple inches for the grab. All my swag was too large, or oddly shaped, TNLNSL. TFTC
