Use waypoint: GCZTH9
Size: Micro Hidden on 12/14/2006
In California, United States
Difficulty: Terrain:
Cozy atmosphere with close parking. Hopefully a park and grab.
However, take your time and be observant, rather than overly
physical with your searching. Cache is only 6in off the ground. |
You can find anything on a stick. A corn dog is essentially a
hot dog on a stick. Suckers and lollipops are candy on a stick. You
can also get ice-cream, apples, shish-kabob, and even memory on a
stick. Now, there's a cache on a stick. Blends in well, so be
observant. Cache is a just a match-stick container...camo'd, of
course. Be sure to put it back where you found it.

Six of us were looking, but no joy today.

Cache was indeed missing. I moved it back 12" from where it was to it's original location. . However, I did have to position it a wee bit lower than indicated in the cache description because the cache location has changed a little from when it was first placed.

Beta-tested this one. With any luck, the cuts and scrapes from whacking the other testers/hiders with the stick will disappear over time. TFTC!

Cache on a stick is cool, but not a frozen treat. azed at all the cox cable trucks in these student housing areas. In my day we watched whatever was showing in the dorm commons area and felt lucky there wasn't an extra charge for it! Besides, we had to go to class. So, thanks for the cache placement, this makes 9 in a row that trickster83, I mean jeffster83, found before I did, and tried to conceal from me ... argh.

Took an early morning conf call from home and was hoping that this call was a short one. Of course not, it ran over past 9am... Ran out and headed to this VERY familar spot. Could not beleive that the early birds had NOT been here. FTF #24 with a big thanks to FTF team for their cache making and hiding expertise...
