After doing some research for another Obelisk cache not too far
away, it was found that there actually are not too many REAL
Obelisks in existance. There are many (like this) that are not
what they seem to be. Same is true with
Toll Road Obelisk (PS #3)
As you may have heard, or read in the other Irvine Spectrum
caches
logs, the local security is ever watching and VERY likely to
see
your approach to the cache. Be ready for interogation, but
don't
worry about torture, they are not allowed to use such advanced
devices in their performance of duties. You might want to bring
a soda or candy bar to share with them (I heard) as a
distraction.

Reading previous logs, we knew to start looking approx. 80 feet from GZ. So...that's what we did. Eventually I made the find - sometimes geosenses just work better! TFT$-

Found with aka Diana. She used her geosenses to hone in on the location. Then we made a quick escape before we were detected. TFTC

Read the previous logs, so was not surprised that we needed to look about 80 feet away from where the GPS took us. Found cache and signed log

OK, let's set the record straight. THE CACHE IS NOT IN THE FIRE HYDRANT!!!! Of course, every cover was loose. Yes, that is GZ, but it's not there. We found it 80 feet away from GZ in an "obvious spot". SL.

No issues with security or other uninterested parties. Just parked, walked to the cache, and found it. Got out of Dodge City quickly, although it's pretty empty 'round these parts at 8:00 a.m. TFTC!

Q: What's yellow, located at ground zero, and 80 feet from the cache. A: A yellow Decoy.
I stopped by here last night but could not find the cache at the Yellow Decoy, but after reading ycats&ekard's log I returned today, went to the obvious spot and found it easily. But wait, no pen. Returned to the SUV, then returned to the cache and signed the log. TFTC.

Well it look like having security personnel on the payroll does not work. I could not find the cache. I was on my way home from my company Christmas Party and stopped to look for this one. I could not find it. :(

Log 1042. With Stiles unconscious, it's just me and Agent Protector. Again, it's my chance to earn my spot on the FTF Strike Force before I even gradutate from the Academy. As Protector searched ground zero, my instincts took me 80 feet away to a suspicious locale that just might house the reported threat. And sure enough I quickly found the device, the FTF was mine, and the situation was once again under control. Ekard.
