This cache is located in the James Dilley Greenbelt Preserve. Our family has taken some very memorable hikes in this area. Continuing on this trail you can view Orange County's only natural lake, Barbara's Lake.
The cache is a small ammo can located near a hidden water reservoir. Please be watchful for the "guardian" of the cache.
There is a trailhead located on El Toro Road with minimal parking available. Other trailheads are available that access the James Dilley Greenbelt Preserve.

Not sure what the "guardian" was. Glad we stopped by this one and climbed the hill for a view, because that lead us to the trail for the next one. It kinda' had a hidden trailhead to it. Thanks for the hide. Wish we had more time and a little less hot weather so we could explore the trails more.

We went for a hike in the area today and checked on our caches. This cache is still there and in great condition.

Found this cache yesterday on a walk with Team K-9. This should have been the only cache placed in this small wilderness area.

Decided to finish up some of the caches in the area. Blaze has been here before, but that was before we took up caching. Forshirs first time.

Steve had the idea that it was waay down there where the trees grow, but luckily it wasn't! We didn't want to have to hike down only to hike back up! Left green alien...thanks for another fun one!

Out this morning with KrisnGlenn and Staicee. This was a quick find, which is always welcome after hiking for a while. SL. TFTC. Ycats.

The water is hidden real well 'cause I didn't see any. Did find the cache though. I've been to this spot before when doing Barbara's lake. Makes me wonder if anyone does helicopter geocaching tours. That might be fun...in which case, this would probably be on their list. Thanks for the nice big cache.
