Some of us
spend way too much time on the freeways here in Orange County.
This puzzle will see if you've been paying attention to the
road, or if you deserve a ticket for a "DWD" (Driving While
Distracted).

There's not much room for swag and don't forget your
pen. Retrieval during business hours increases the difficulty.
Congratulations to "B" of the GSBJ Family for FTF!

Found it. I had the right idea from the start but I just had never seen a puzzle where you don't know how many numbers you are really looking for. Also I want my $160/month back from the toll roads if the 73 La Paz is a freeway. They seem to charge me every time.

Figured it out before the page was updated, but that doesn't mean I did it on my own. Had a little bird quacking in my ear. Although, I don't think the updated page would help me since I was far out in left field with this one. Anyway, thanks for the puzzle.

Congrats to GSBJ Family and The GeoChasers for finding the cache when it was a difficulty of 3. Since there were too many variables with the original puzzle, we've added some MAJOR hints and brought the difficulty down to 1.5.

Found it...I have had this one on my list of to do puzzles for awhile. Knew right where to look for this one...and even found some internet access to log it!
TFTC!
BTW...Very clever puzzle!

There are some caches that just seem to challenge you to the point that you refuse to give up. This was one of them. We knew what this puzzle was all about from the beginning but took some of the information and ran with it in the wrong direction. This afternoon, out of frustration, we figured that we were DONE. No more!! Mom and Dad were logging the DNF in one room of the house when B (12 years old) calls from the other computer and said he thinks he is "onto something". Sure enough, after he showed us what he was thinking we had to go check on his idea.
Out to GZ and "WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Found the cache and a blank log. Signed as FTF and celebrated with a dozen KrispyKremes on the way home.
Thanks for the fun!!!!!

Instantly had an idea of how to solve this one. Gave it a really good try and thought we had it nailed it. Checked on our instincts and came up empty. Used some creative thinking and tried a few more times, but still nothing!! Run out of options........

I thought I understood this puzzle, and I came up with a reasonable set of coordinates, not far from the posted coordinates and well within the area where DopeyDuck hides most of his caches. I culdn't find the cache, though. There is one place I could not look, because a muggle had parked a car right there. I didn't wat to appear too interested in the muggle's car, especially on a Saturday morning when no one else was around. I will await the clue. Thanks for the fun!
