Found the site around 3:00 PM but couldn't find a cache. Looked for about 30 minutes. Will likely try again another day.

I stopped by this cache to check on the TB I dropped here a few months ago. I could not locate the cache, even with a flashlight. I think it is gone, along with the TB . The owner should check on this one ASAP.
