Travelin' Tunes (ref = TBPRYV)
Difficulty:   *½    Terrain:  *½

Adjacent to (but not inside of) a wildlife refuge near a rutted dirt trail. Easy walk from street.

(Sung to the tune of "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay")

"I left my home in Georgia,
headed for the Irvine Back Bay.
I got nothin' to live for
guess I'm going Geocaching today...
Now I'm just caching in the Back of the Bay,
watching the birds fly away...
caching in the Back of the Bay,
not wasting time."

(apologies to Otis Redding)

The hardest part about this cache is putting the double-locked rubbermaid paint container back together. The directions are written on the lid. Please follow them or you won't be able to close it correctly.

The contents include a bunch of stuff, NO TRAVEL BUGS as of 12-1-06 and itty bitty log book.

Please do not trample the ice plant. Muggles generally not a problem but an occasional shortcutter may walk by so be alert. We had no problem hiding it (you'll understand when you find it). Next to (but not inside of) a nature preserve with a VERY beautiful view, birds and water! Great place to walk, birdwatch and geocache.

And, by the way...there is NO CHEESE!

Spotted at 1110 in the first place we looked. Didn't realize until later that this was supposed to be a puzzle but we got the cache at the published coords. Signed log and discovered the WJTB. Didn't notice any of the others listed in the inventory. Left the "Jeep Schmeep" TB and a Where's George bill. Thanks, legoian &fnx, for the cache.

It was getting dark, but was able to find this treasure. TB Kristena went for a plane ride today, and now she can jeep around in So. Cal.

Out for a 6 mile hike with Smileez on a beautiful day - nice hide

The Amazing Caching Camry showed off its agility as the OLCA crew finally got back together for a long overdue reunion. This was the 4th of 6 caches found during a slightly extended lunch on a warm and beautifal day for caching.

After hunting in the wrong place for a good five minutes, I turned around and said to BeckTrex, "Hey, have you looked there yet?" To which he replied, "I didn't even see it." Eureka! TFTC!

Walking the Bikencache series from #22 to #54 (along with a few side trips) with aka Diana on a gorgeous warm day. A short detour took us to this cache. I could not believe all of the photographers out here this morning along the bay. TFTC!

This was the forth of six caches of the day for the OCLA. We only had a lunch “hour” to cache in so we cached by car. CoronaKid recognized the cammo of cache for what it was while I was still searching in the bushes. Very nice hide! Thanks for the fun.

Out hiking up the Back Bay on a nice day. It is a lot nicer hiking this area on a Friday versus a Saturday. This was a good cache with a nice size container. Not sure why it was a puzzle cache unless the puzzle was to put the lid back on the container. Took a key ring and left a black cat kitchen magnet.

Took a little bit of a roundabout path to get here - but it was an easy find . We did see that the homeowners on the hill above were covering the slope with plastic in preparation for the rain (hopefully). Sure wouldn't want to be worried about that! TNLN. Thanks for the cache.
