Eighth and final cache on a great day of caching for the OCLA (Orange Lunchtime Cachers Association). Our GPSrs were “uncertain” where we should look and as a result we spent a lot of time looking far and wide at the wrong places. We had all ready called this one a bust but I had to look “just one more place” where my geosense told me it might be. There it was, I don’t know how I missed it the 1st 17 times. Thanks for the fun!

Since the Orange Lunchtime Cachers Association (OLCA) had so much fun caching in the area a couple weeks ago, we decided to come back here and grab as many as we could during another "extended" lunch. This cache was the last of 8 caches found on a sunny and slightly breezy day.
This cache almost broke OLCA's long find streak, but in the end BeckTrex pulled out his A game and found one for the team. The next round of drinks is on me BeckTrex! TFTC!

Bypassed this on the way down the bike path and decided to grab it on the way back. Made a quick find at 1630. Signed log and took both quarters. Left a Where's George bill. Thanks, Team Farf, for the cache. mmcgr & Minnie

11th cache of the day. I would say that both the difficulty and the terrain were under-rated on this one. Definitely not for the wheelchair crowd and spent a good 20 min with 50+ ft search radius in fairly dense vegetation. But, success at last! TNLNSL. TFTC!

This was a cool hide and one of the more challenging of the day. One of several for the day. Never been to this area before. TFTC SL.

I tried making the find without my GPS as I left on the bike about 50 feet away. I had to return to grab it then made a relatively quick find. TFTC.

What a cool spot. Looked for a minute or two, then heard dogs (and their owners) approaching from a distance. I was thinking the sound of cacher stomping around might attract 'em, but they never came. They passed right by. Smart doggies. TFTC!

Almost reported a DNF - was pretty hard. But well worth it. Funny that these cool little areas exist in Orange county - geocaching is the only way to find them!
Left $1.50, caribeener, dice, hairband. Took compass, clip, and laser ring.
