Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
>From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

Out for a 6 mile hike with Smileez on a beautiful day - nice hide - on the way back to our car and took a little detour for this one. Yes - there is no need to rip anything open - it is a quick and easy find - you just have to find a good spot to park (we were hiking so it was easy for us)

I actually found this cache on February 17, 2007 (seriously) but I decided to changed the date to fool the authorities. Thanks for the hide, it was easy and parking was not a problem - I just pulled up half onto the sidewalk to allow cars to pass while I searched - it was not a big deal; totally safe - because I placed twelve or so flares to make it look like an accident. Note to future finders: some have tried to make the finding of this 1/1 hide tougher than it is and have torn off the cover to the box - I replaced the cover as best as I could. Hint: dont tear the cover of the freakin box - the cache is on the back of the metal box held on with a magnet - sheesh! Thanks for the hide Haz (Is there a city in SoCal that you do not have a hide?!). M1

Eighth of 15 finds tonight with GoBeach and TroupB-B. We weren't sure why there was a Robert Frost (Dartmouth, class of 1896) poem, but I did point out that he is a fraternity brother of mine (Theta Delta Chi) - even though we went to different schools and he graduated a few years before me. But, I digress... This was a nice walk and a nice cache. Thanks for the fun quest.

This was the eighth of 15 finds tonight while out doing some late-night geocaching with my friends, gobeach and Foon! We found good parking just up the street (easier to do, I think, when it's late at night), short walk to the cache, and a quick find by Foon! TNLNSL. We took a short drive for a dinner break, then wound up back here in the parking lot for GCY9NA and GCY9NP! Pretty funny! Thanks for the hide, HazzMatt!
