There are many types of spiders living in Southern California. One of the larger species is the California Brown Tarantula. There are many other smaller spiders that also live here in Southern California. Some of them sport some serious color.

You can find parking at the west end of Gisler Avenue. You'll be looking for a camoed 6" X 2" cookie tin. There is not need to climb any fences, just take the high road and you'll find a path to the low road.

7:23 pm - Thanks for the hint. These rocks have wiped me out. This was the last in the area since I found myself 'needing' to overcome the wall and gate. I'm not backtracking either! A long walk is still required to the hotel.

Another fine cache on the company's time.

Kisses Happy Valentines Day from TRAKD Kisses
My partner “Brave Sir Robin” and I finished another “FUN” day at our conference. Another little themed cache. Taking the low road we were able to quickly locate this treasure with the help of the GPSr. We signed the log and continued our adventure. Thanks for the fun. Wink Cheers ToungeOut

TRAKD and I busted out of a work conference and went caching - we had to get some fun and adventures in for the day to counter that boring stuff. I really enjoyed the walk along this trail and these caches were the perfect excuse to take a hike. We found this one quickly and played with the locals. Just as long as they are not alive, I can deal with them. The live ones better stay away - yuck! We signed the log and went on our merry way.

I was having a "bad GPS day" here. My GPSr was pointing me about 40+ feet away. Even the hint didn't make any sense where the GPSr took me. Finally decided to look in the area where the old one was and BINGO, there it was!

Took a spider (of course), left a Hershey's Kiss-Mobile and an OC_Clay poker chip. Thanks for the hide!

OK I must admit I really didn't find this one. CrazyGramma did. I thought it was the same cache that was here a few years back. This one just got placed last month sooooo after CG signed I did as well.

Found this one much quicker than 'Black Octagon'. I could hear people above on the trail saying, 'hey look at that trail down there'. Thanks for the fun.
