Another one along the powerline path.
This one might be best approached from Under the Wire #3. Not recommended at night due to uneven footing, and shady characters in this somewhat desolate area.

Note: Lots of construction seems to be starting here. If it interferes with cache access, I will remove it and place it elsewhere. I recommend going after this one during off-hours, like maybe the weekend.

After being stumped on Happy and Skippy’s version of this series I gave this one a try. There was no construction going on so even the great cammo didn’t keep me looking for long. Nice hide! Thanks for the fun! TNLNSL (no TBs in cache)

Seems the construction crew had this Friday off. Had they been there, I think you'd need a little more than stealth to get to this cache! What a spot!!
