Micro cache with no pencil. Best VIEWED in daylight.
Do NOT enter the training area without government permission.
Congratulations to to the FTFST on being the first. |
It's been long rumored that the FTF Strike Team has a hidden
training facility somewhere in the local area. It's known that
they have been sharpening their skills and training OTHER
possible
FTF Team members as of late. It's been noted in recent mission
logs that other agents were in attendance for some lesser
missions.
When talking to high ranking CIA, NSA and DoD personnel, all
deny
any involvement with the CIA or any such secret trainng
facility.
Terror Training Camp documents captured from the former Russian
regime reveal thousands of counter terrorists, from various
regions,
were trained at this location over the last four years and
preceding
the start of operations by the FTF Strike Team. According to
documents
and photographs recovered by the U.S. military, the identities
of the teams were not known. The existence and character of
these
documents has been confirmed to THE GOECACHING WEEKLY STANDARD
by
U.S. government officials. The secret training took place
primarily at this camp and still continues today.
If you DO happen to find the FTF team at the training area,
PLEASE post pictures as proof. To date, they have NEVER been
seen in action. They are experts at stealth and avoidance,
EXCEPT
for the poor fella caught at the site of the
Incarcerated
cache and being held in JAIL at
Get out of Jail (UCI/URP #05).
Did he EVER GET SPRUNG?

Man, that looks like fun! On the hunt with Cache'n'Carey today touring the UCI Campus in search of geocaches. We parked nearby (probably not supposed to park there) and made a dash for the cache. Found rather quickly and booked it back to the car. TFT$~

Neat spot. I wanted to play on the equipment, but a.k.a. Diana reminded me we had more caches to find today, and we weren't exactly parked legally...TFTC!

Great hide. Found and retrieved easily. Thanks for another fun one and a familiar container.

Was not able to find it. It appears that there has been some work in the area and they may have taken the cache.

Did find a purple string/wire/plastic thing with nothing attached to it. Will try again if we see that it has been found.

Out caching with the Mojostones in the Irvine area late this afternoon. Druid Frank found the way in (bypassing the Grand Canyon) and Mojostone Mike found the cache. TNLNSL. TFTC!

#588. At first we didn't think we'd be able to get to the geozone, as the Grand Canyon was in the way. But then Druid Frank found a less treacherous way in. Mojodad made the find. No one was training at the secret center today. Thanks for the fun!

hiding nicely where it belongs... Was the perfect time to visit, they actually had the course setup and people were using it.

We put our cache-mobile on stealth mode and left it in metered parking without feeding the monster. Fortunately, we got back to it before our adversaries had a chance to de-cloak it and leave any paperwork on the window. We didn't see any evidence of the FTFST being around but there were a bunch of co-ed muggles kicking around a round, spotted cache nearby. It must've been constructed pretty well, because it didn't show any signs of being damaged, but I thought moving caches weren't allowed anymore?! Found this one quickly, but Skippy really wanted to get some training in on the apparatus. Unfortunately, there was to be no fun and games tonight so he'll just have to settle for a double-double at In-N-Out. Yum!
Thanks for the fun point-out,
Skippy :)
