This cache was hidden by a prisoner on his way into jail.
Story was that he was caught at the site of the Incarcerated cache only a couple blocks away.

When you get to the location, you'll need to figure out how to spring the prisoner.
Whether is a breakout or bailout, it's your task to get him out, but DON'T get caught yourself...

Third time is the charm! My Garmin kept putting me at the stone sign near the sidewalk and street...grrr

Out with Cache'n'Carey today touring the UCI campus. The first trip through the parking lot was a no-go. Waayyy too many cops hanging out! Grabbed another nearby cache and came back to try this again. No one was around this time and C'n'C made quick work of it. She had the cache signed and replaced in record time! TFT$~
