This cache is located in Shady Canyon. Note you cannot drive in as it is a gated community. HOWEVER, there is a public trail through the area. Please stay on the trail as there is no need to leave it. Parking is available at N 33 37.997 W 117 48.208.

Enjoy looking at the new homes being built in this exclusive area. Also, if you continue past the cache site there are some great views of the Irvine area.

Cache is a log only with no pen. Please bring your own pen or pencil.

My significant other and I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather today and work on finding some of the caches along the Shady Canyon Trail. We took “Team Rand” advice and parked at the Turtle Rock Community Park. The old rusted bridge cache, lots of neat places to hide a cache. The GPS coordinates and additional hints spot on, made looking a lot easer.

Oh good, a bridge cache we can find. We didn't have as good of luck on the first bridge cache on this trail. TFTF
