Killer evening of caches! TNLNSL

Found it 4/27/2008 by clean dirt
One of the many, many caches we found as we royally owned bikencache today. Did I mention we walked the whole way?

The ambitious trio of Humpsty, clean dirt, and Travail70 decided to take on bikencache today. We started at Big Bridge----little creek (gc11gv6) and walked all the way to Can U Canoe (gc1azbh). We snagged almost every active cache along the 12 mile route today (1 DNF).

YAY! It turns out there's a bay!

Weather is so much nicer down at the bay. At this point we felt as if we'd walked for miles. We had.

It also became apparent that there was a certain kind of hide that I could find. And this was it. Good thing there's a few of these lurking around.

Kinda an intersection, so muggles were about. Patience and a spot to rest made all the difference.

There were lots of black skimmers visible from GZ today. Nice to see they're doing so well.

6:54 pm - Went for a relatively flat, long training ride today thru Irvine. It was hard to keep the speed and distance up stopping so often to find caches-LOL
This was my first turnaround point. I found the cache quite easily. Signed the log and made no trade, as I was swagless.
Lots of muggles and birds here, looks like a good sunset here in a few minutes. As I was logging, a fellow cyclist told me the apex of the turn was not a good place to stop. She couldn't hear with her iPod (who's safe now?), but I told her that I couldn't help where the hider hid the cache.
Signed the log and made no trade, as I was swagless.

Thanks for the cache.

The fourth stop on our 6 person, 8 cache walk around this end of the back bay. As with most Bikencaches, this one didn't take long. :) This time, it was Marin who spotted it first. Took a marble. Left a pewter seal mini. TFTC!

Number twenty, whew! I will have to bid farewell to this great series of caches now. Have to get the bike back to the rental shop, and I ran out of water two caches ago. Thanks for placing these.
