| This one is along a concrete bike/walking trail. It is likely flooded after rains. Try parking along the street next to a park at 33 39.110 W 117 49.108 or at the shopping center at Michelson and University. |
The path dips as it crosses the creek. During rains it will likely be flooded, but the cache should stay dry, unless there are some catastrophic floods. You will need to take a few steps off the trail.

Found it. Was here quite a few months back and somehow didn't get this waypoint in my GPS. Then it looked like it was missing, so I didn't bother. Now that it has been found, I go and take a look with some repair materials in hand. Although the hole is small, the log is soaked and the trade items dirty. I dropped off a new temporary container, a new log, and stuffed in the trade items that would fit and were clean. Container is a camo'd small pill bottle. I placed the cache in a slightly different location that would offer a bit more protection; however, making it a touch easier to find. Said location is only a few feet away but was actually where my GPSr said to look first. Bring your own pen.

Container has hole and log was soaked. Few ants and a slug inside. Left it hole up to air. Needs repair. TFTC.

Garmin got us just off the path but not very far. No apparent geocachers' trail. Lots of fragile annuals, though, which made me wonder why there wasn't a path leading straight to it. Point zero was a stump. It was a nice walk, though.

This one was tough...geo-pup was too tired from the walk to let me search for very long.

Good hide. Took a little wandering around - but we found it. Took nothing - left Bunny.
