| Filling in the gaps along this nice bike trail, this one may require a bit of searching. |
This cache is a little small for trade items, but big enough for a pencil and a log sheet. As you bike or walk along this path, enjoy the nice scenery and wildlife.
This spot is a bit tricky to get stable GPS readings, with variations of 005 observed from one visit to the next. I will continue to take measurements and update the posted coorinates if needed.

One of the many, many caches we found as we royally owned bikencache today. Did I mention we walked the whole way?

The ambitious trio of Humpsty, clean dirt, and Travail70 decided to take on bikencache today. We started at Big Bridge----little creek (gc11gv6) and walked all the way to Can U Canoe (gc1azbh). We snagged almost every active cache along the 12 mile route today (1 DNF).
Humpsty and I really really though that this cache would be in a holey one. And there were so many to check. While we checked the wrong area, I suggested that clean dirt check the easy spots in the shade. Yup there it was.
A bird-nerd came on to the scene as we were making the grab. So I small-talked with him for awhile so that CD and H could replace the cache in stealth.
Western Tanagers and Nashville warblers are in town. I had seen a couple of tanagers already this day, but I didn't have time for warblers. What about all the swallows? They were here in mass. see attached picture with all the nests.

Had another layover in SNA today with 81Flyboy, and we decided to grab a few more Bikencaches. We were limited to being on foot today, and we logged 10 miles this afternoon.
Thanks for the cache!

Trinkethnr and Team Monkey'z were out on the San Diego Creek Bike Trail this morning Biken-N-Cachen when we found this one. Team Monkey'z was closing in on a milestone, 800! The cache name is very fitting for the cache location. Thanks OC_Clay. SL
