| This webcam cache is located at the Fun
Zone in Balboa. You'll have a nice view of the harbor and the
Balboa Island ferry. There is a lot to do in the area, bring
the family and enjoy! As one would expect, this area will be
much busier during the summer months. |
While you're here, be sure to check out
the Balboa Fun Zone II webcam cache and my other
nearby webcam caches.

I was down in the area to check on my Crab Cooker cache so I decided to hit the the webcam caches here and at the Newport pier. That's me standing in front of the ferry holding out my GPS. I love this little ferry. I've been going across on it for many years. TFTC!

We're on a little side trip while visiting Garden Grove for Acadec nationals. Waukesha took the division II championship and finished 2nd overall by only 23 points (out of 60,000). Henry "snapped" the photos from Whitewater. TFTC

I biked down the peninsula about 2.5 miles to GZ and gave my geopal Huydo23 a call. I've ridden this ferry a time or two. Notice all the muggles! SL-TFTC!

Cache #4 for the day, #8 in California, and my first webcam cache. My wife was on the phone and saved the picture for me from our home in Washington State. My kids really enjoyed seeing daddy on the computer. These webcam caches are a great idea and I will most certainly be seeking them out in other locations when I am away for business. Great fun and a great cache. -TFTC

We went to the Balboa area today to grab some caches. Since "G" was at work, it was the perfect time for some webcaches. "G" took the picture, so all you are seeing are "S" "B" and "J". Thanks for the fun.
