When I found this location, I was immediately reminded of one of my favorite Far Side cartoons which had the caption "How Bird's View the World."

This would have taken much more than the 7 minute rule allows for a 1.5 if it weren't for the hint. Even that was a mixed blessing since you can approach from two spots - had three candidates to search for this. Parking was the primary issue. TFTC-TNLNSL
